Synopsis: Kaaka Muttai, is the story about two slum children whose all-consuming desire is to taste a pizza, after they see a commercial of it on their little TV. The story unfolds as the boys find various odd jobs to save up enough money to buy a pizza. What starts off as a pizza dream slowly turns into so much more. The movie without a star cast has reeled in audiences from all over the world. Rediff gave it 4 out of 5 stars calling it a "a delightful entertainer with a subtle message", "brilliant" and "definitely a must watch."
