Service Animals
Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are welcome at all festival venues.

Wheelchair Access
All IFFM film and event venues are accessible by wheelchair, with designated areas available for wheelchair and companion seating.

Companion Card
IFFM supports the companion card. Companion Card complimentary tickets can be facilitated by calling the Hoyts office at the time of purchase. Companion Cards must be presented at the venue when entering the cinema or collecting tickets, otherwise entry will be refused.

Assistive Listening
 
Assistive listening devices are available for collection from the box office for sessions at Hoyts Melbourne Central and Highpoint. Personal ID must be exchanged for the device, and returned upon collection.

AUSLAN Interpreters and Caption Screenings
All of our films will be subtitled in English.
The exceptions may be English-language films from our Film India World section: TBC

Hoyts Cinemas, Melbourne Central Physical Access
Hoyts cinemas and the IFFM Box Office are located on Level 4 of the Melbourne Central shopping precinct.

Lift access is available between Level 3 and Level 4. Upon arrival at Level 3, please see a Hoyts staff member who will escort you to the lift.

Hoyts Cinemas, Highpoint Physical Access

Hoyts Highpoint is on Level 1: and is fully wheelchair accessible. Captiview devices will be available for certain sessions: further information will be available on the Hoyts website (session-specific).

National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) | Physical Access
180 St Kilda Road, Melbourne

NGV is wheelchair-accessible and has wheelchairs available for free on site if needed.
Wheelchair-accessible seating for the screening at NGV is located at the front of the auditorium. All of the galleries are also wheelchair accessible and other types of assistance can be arranged if notified in advance.
NGV offers assistive-listening devices that can be requested at the Tickets & Information desk.
