The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) kicked off early with a historic event celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Academy Award-nominated classic Lagaan.
Hosted as an exclusive curtain-raiser preview at ACMI Cinemas, the special evening featured legendary superstar and producer Aamir Khan. Khan engaged in a captivating, intimate conversation with the Melbourne audience alongside the Minister for Home Affairs of Australia Tony Burke, Vic screen CEO Caroline Pitcher, sports legend Steve Waugh and filmmaker Kabir Khan.
