Aashna Singh is a Mumbai-based filmmaker and photographer. Her storytelling explores inherited worlds passed down by her grandparents often returning to roots to make sense of the present. Driven to push artistic boundaries, her work seeks to reclaim traditional narratives through a feminist lens, exploring themes of memory, power, performance and identity. Dhan Ki Devi, screening at IFFM 2026, is her debut short film through her production house, Girgit Films.
