On the 26th of January, 2016 - a day marking both Australia Day and India’s Republic Day - former Australian MP and ultra-marathon runner Pat Farmer began a journey that would take him from the Southern tip of Indian all the way to Kashmir in the North. After an exhausting and emotional 64 days and over 4000 kilometers, Farmer crossed the finish line having raised over $30,000 for the education of underprivileged girls across India. The Run follows the real journey of a man determined to strengthen the bond between two nations through love and sheer strength of will; “We can leave all the work to our politicians and diplomats, or we can go on and do the job ourselves.”
